Friends of Ours Global is a faith-inspired nonprofit based in San Antonio, Texas, devoted to communities long after natural disasters leave the news. Founded by Christina Chemhuru in April 2025, we return to places like Bat Cave and Edneyville, NC, partnering with trusted local leaders to provide timely material aid, encouragement, and transparent, project-based fundraising support.

Friends of Ours Global in San Antonio was born from one woman's road trip after Hurricane Helene and a promise: no community should feel forgotten. We now walk beside survivors in places like Bat Cave and Edneyville, partnering with local leaders to offer honest, specific support, comfort, and hope through the long road of recovery.
